If you’ve subscribed to the Certified Professional program, that includes one-on-one guidance. This is where the instructor will hop on a Zoom or a Google meet and will go over coursework with you on topics that you might be struggling with. The availability of the instructor is often limited to the weekend or in the AM hours, Monday-Friday, typically around 8AM – 9 AM EST. The one-on-one guidance is limited to 6 months after you enroll and is subject to availability. With the one-on-one meeting, there is no minimum or maximum allowable “meets.” Each meet will generally be for an hour or so, and works on an availability basis of the instructor.
