Dan Louis is a Manufacturer-Level Master Technician and the founder of Appliance Tech Academy. Unlike instructors who haven't touched a tool in decades, Dan currently serves as a Manufacturer Technical Support Agent, where he guides field technicians through complex electrical and mechanical failures on a daily basis.
With over 7 years of high-volume field experience and a background as an independent business owner, Dan understands the difference between textbook theory and actual profitability. His curriculum focuses on Diagnostic Logic—teaching technicians to master schematics, trust their multimeters, and isolate failures without guesswork.
Dan is based in Jersey City, NJ, and is dedicated to raising the standard of the appliance repair trade through accessible, professional-grade education.
